Adflex Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 35 620 652 271) (“Adflex”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to respecting the privacy of your personal information.

Collection
Adflex will collect personal information that is necessary for our function as a marketing and distribution company acting on behalf of various organisations (“our clients”), to promote and sell our clients’, suppliers’, certain third party’s’ products and services, or to procure applications for our clients’, suppliers’, certain third party’s and Adflex’s services or donor pledges for charitable organisations. The types of personal information collected and held generally include:

- contact details (e.g. address, phone, email);
- credit card details;
- bank account details;
- personal ID numbers (e.g., driver’s license); and
- date of birth.
We usually collect personal information from contracted marketing and/or distribution companies (including independent contractors of those marketing and/or distribution companies) who have obtained personal information from you.
We collect personal information for the purpose of marketing or distributing our clients’, supplier’s, relevant third party’s products, or for procuring applications from you for our clients’ services (such as applications for utilities or home efficiency services, charitable donations, licensed fundraising, or memberships).
You do not have to provide us with your personal information but, if you do not provide us with the information we require, we may not be able to assist you or provide you with the products or services you would like.
Adflex will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our Website, provided to us directly or given to us in other forms.

After the collection of personal information, the information is usually passed from the independent contractor to the contracted marketing or distribution company then to Adflex/client (depending on the nature of the marketed service or product) or the third party supplier that may provide services to Adflex where the information is verified for completeness.
After verification, the information is disclosed and or provided to the ultimate product or service providers, so that they can provide their customers or donors the products or services they wanted.
Our clients will collect, use and hold the information in accordance with their privacy policies so that they can provide their customers with the products/services, which they purchased or applied for.
In some cases Adflex utilises the data capture services of a third party service provider located outside of Australia. Any contract with a third party service provider includes an obligation for them to comply with Australian privacy law and our Privacy Policy.

Adflex takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
